What rental rate are you willing to pay?
  • Our monthly rental rates are a reflection of the area the home is located, the square footage of the unit, the exceptional condition we keep our units in and the current market for similar units. In looking for a unit consider where your priorities lie when calculating what you are willing to pay in monthly rent.
  • PET POLICY: We do charge an additional $50 a month on top of the listed monthly rental rate for EACH pet that lives in the unit.
How do I get to see a rental unit?
  • Properties can be viewed by calling the office during normal business hours M-F 9am-4pm and proving us with your contact information. Most units have a lockbox attached and may be viewed at your convenience. This way you may tour the unit at your own pace. We simply ask that you please lock up after yourself and return the keys to the lockbox when done.
  • BEWARE: Power to some units has been turned off, so to truly appreciate a unit’s potential and determine if it is a proper fit for your needs we advise you plan to visit the homes during the day.

Why would my application be denied?

Although we do not have a minimum income required to apply for a unit. We recommend the total monthly income of the residents living in the unit be at least two times the monthly rent. The monthly income does not have to be from traditional employment but can be from various sources including housing allowances, retirement benefits, social security payments, alimony payments, child support payments, rental assistance programs ect. All sources of income need to be properly documented. If the sources of income are unable to be validated or if the verified income is less than 50% the unit's monthly rent and estimated utilities your application will be denied. Additionally, your application will be denied if you have any outstanding or unpaid collections, bankruptcies, foreclosures or legal claims including open court cases or citations.
